Cet atelier est destiné à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir le monde du cirque et apprendre les bases des disciplines circassiennes. Les participants pourront s’initier à diverses techniques telles que la jonglerie, l’acrobatie, et l’équilibre sur objets, le tout dans une ambiance ludique et inclusive. Aucune expérience préalable n’est requise.Objectifs pédagogiques :Apprentissage des bases de différentes techniques de cirque.Développement de la coordination, de l'équilibre et de la confiance en soi.Stimulation de la créativité et de l’expression artistique à travers des exercices pratiques.
This workshop is intended for anyone who wants to discover the world of circus and learn the basics of circus disciplines. Participants will be able to learn various techniques such as juggling, acrobatics, and balancing on objects, all in a fun and inclusive atmosphere. No previous experience is required. choice, to the development of a clown act.
